Most of our items may take up to 5 Business days to create (not counting Saturdays and Sundays). After Creations, Shipping may take 3 to 5 business days. Most items will receive a tracking number. 

Once you receive tracking info we are not responsible for lost or damage products. (we take pictures of all products when completed and in shipping packages!!)
